I have done numerous home loans with others before we were connected with Jonas and they don’t even compare especially when u think using a friend might be a wise choice. Keep friends and family away from serious financial transactions. We have done 2 refis and a 2nd home cabin purchase with Jonas . Each time was stress free given he knows what he’s doing and there are no hidden papers that are needed at closing . He truly knows his job and has been doing it so long he knows what paperwork u need before submitting to the underwriter. It can be difficult for some like us especially if you’re self employed. If you are looking for loan for your new home Jonas is the guy. I came in as a first time home buyer and I was walked through every step of the way.
