Gerard is amazing! We recently refinanced our home and my daughter purchased a condo and we both hired him. I can tell you that no matter what day or time I would text or email him I would get an immediate response. He was a joy to work with and really made me feel that he had our best interest at heart. We shopped around prior to committing with him and he truly had the best rates. I have already recommended his services several times. I highly recommend him for any refi or mortgage you are in need of.

I worked with Gerard on buying my first home. It was seamlessly easy. Very basic documentation. Closed in 2-3 weeks with no issues and was able to get me best rate I found online, nothing online even came close or compared. I would highly recommend Gerard to all of my colleagues, friends and family. For people like myself, not too familiar with the Morgage industry, Gerard did a very good job on educating me and making sure it was the perfect setup!

My partner and I had a great experience with The Home Loan Company and Gerard. He was very responsive and answered the tons of questions that we had as we navigated our first home purchase. We were able to lock down a great mortgage rate and can't be more pleased about how smooth the process was. Would hands down recommend Gerard!

Definitely a late review, but working with Gerard was great! He helped me purchase my first house. He was patient with all my questions. Made sure to work with my unique situation. All his answers to my questions were detailed and easy to understand. Highly recommend working with Gerard!

I would highly recommend Gerard and The Home Loan Company. As a first time home buyer, Gerard was very responsive and coached me along the way, taking extra time to explain various loan considerations. He made the process very easy and clear, and I was able to successfully obtain a loan with ample time to close on my house.
