David’s path began at 17 as a telemarketer at Countrywide Home Loans in Rosemead, where he excelled and became the youngest loan officer in the entire company by 19. After many weekends and long nights mastering lending at the nation’s #1 bank, he moved to independent mortgage brokering in the mid-2000s, working on Lake in Pasadena with Equity Smart Home Loans.
