Most of my clients are through referrals from past clients, friends, and family. I'll typically start with an introduction call or a face to face meeting in my office in Mckinney, TX.

Fees vary by loan type and scenario, but I’m always upfront about costs. I’ll walk you through options clearly so there are no surprises.

How do you provide rate quotes for clients who want to protect their credit score?

I offer preliminary quotes based on your scenario first. A credit pull only happens with your approval and when you’re ready to move forward.
