In my experience with various mortgage lenders, Bob Ross is the absolute best and better than the 5 star rating! The whole process was explained in a way that I have never had before. I knew exactly what was happening at all times thanks to his follow up and his vast experience. I have learned so much and am indebted to Bob for his professionalism and knowledge of all things relating to my particular loan. I highly recommend using Bob for any mortgage lending you might need!

Our first time buying a home, and Bob made everything feel "worry-free". He's extremely knowledgeable, keeping you informed each step of the way, while also treating you like family; going above and beyond to get the best option for you! I feel beyond grateful that we got to work with him, and already have recommended him to people we know (I'm still very impressed with how fast and smooth everything went). Truly no need to look further, Bob is your guy!

Mr. Bob Ross helped me and my wife get into our first home. I had talked to a few different lenders and my parents told us to talk to Bob before we choose a lender. After the first phone call, we immediately chose Bob. He walked us through literally everything! He communicated with us through the whole process and didn't treat us just like another number. He was looking out for us the entire time and made the whole house buying process so much easier. We will definitely be going through Bob with any future house purchase. If I could give home 6 stars I would! Couldn't be more thankful for all his help!
