Dan and his crew were awesome. This was a remote purchase for us and we were on opposite coasts. We don't purchase properties often and it was comforting to have someone as expert, responsive and communicative that integrated seamlessly into the entire team to include a 1031 exchange intermediary that didn't make things any easier. I recommend Dan and Clifton Mortgage Solutions wholeheartedly and wouldn't use anyone else in the future...and for us there will be as we transition east.

Dan is THE man! Dan came through in the clutch, and when I mean the cutch, it was the bottom of the 9th inning, down by one, two outs, one baserunner, 3-2 count. Dan hit a walk-off home run!! Winner winner chicken dinner! We were at our wits end when the appraisal came back low and the DSCR loan was not going to work with our previous lender. We reach out to Dan, and he came through with a new loan with better terms, in the clutch!!! He walked us through everything and we closed with no issues. He even provides a video explaining everything! Who does that? Well, Dan does! He takes your calls whenever, to answer your questions, and believe me, we had questions, many many questions. He took care of us with no issues. I cannot recommend using Dan enough. He will make your dreams a reality, with minimal to no issues. He finds solutions, so don't think you lost without calling Dan! He might just hit that clutch home run for you too! Make him your first call!
