I decided to become a mortgage loan officer after buying my first home recently. I was a renter for most of my adult life and didn't think there was much chance of becoming a homeowner, but after several years of saving money and paying off my debts, my credit was finally good enough to be approved for a home loan. I'm very excited about helping others along this journey as well!

How do you support clients looking to improve their credit before applying?

I've spent a lot of time repairing my own credit, and know firsthand that it can be hard work. It is possible, though, and I'm able to guide my clients in the right direction for success.

Who do you love helping most, and how do you make the home loan process easier for them?

I especially love helping individuals and families who dream of owning their own home, but are not quite sure if they can make it happen. I am patient, transparent, and will work hard for my clients.

How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?

This is how the journey to homeownership starts! All questions are welcome and I will gladly take the time to answer them.

Where and how do you typically connect with clients?

I work remotely from my home, so I communicate with clients by phone most often, but video chats are also an acceptable option. I can also be reached through my facebook and Loan Factory websites.
