How do you provide rate quotes for clients who want to protect their credit score?

We can pull a "soft pull" credit report that will let us know if we can help or not. Soft pull credit reports are supposed to not hit go your fico score and are a good way to see things upfront.

What should clients expect when working with you from start to finish?

Communication and action. My clients are always kept informed of how the process is going and it's truly a collaboration between both of us!
