Since 1998, I’ve helped clients navigate one of life’s biggest financial decisions with clarity and confidence. As a longtime broker owner, I personally oversee every loan from start to finish. I don’t just approve loans, I help position them to win by working closely with clients, agents, and listing agents alike. Known for calm guidance and no surprises, I serve as a strategic partner through the process and beyond, building relationships that last well past closing.

To get started, most clients just need recent pay stubs, bank statements, and a conversation. Getting started really is that simple.
I welcome it. In fact, I prefer when clients start the conversation early because it creates a lower stress environment and gives us time to prepare thoughtfully rather than react under pressure.
I walk clients through three options on every quote; they can choose what fits best: One with a lower rate and higher upfront cost, one in the middle, and one where the lender helps cover costs.
