I cannot recommend this lending company enough, especially Max! Buying a home is such a big milestone in life, and the process can feel overwhelming, but Max made everything so much easier and less stressful. He was amazing to work with, always helpful, professional, patient, and willing to answer any questions along the way. It is rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping people and making sure they have a good experience, and Max truly went above and beyond. I am so thankful for the time, effort, and dedication he put into helping me with my home. We had a great experience working with Max! He was knowledgeable, customer service oriented, and he never made us feel as though we were under pressure to move forward in the process. Rather, he was professional and courteous and moved things forward in accordance with our readiness and comfort level. We had an exceptional experience working with Max at Coastal Haven Lending on the purchase of our home in Florida, and I truly cannot recommend him highly enough. From start to finish, Max navigated what was an incredibly complex financial situation with professionalism, expertise, and an unbelievable level of care. Our loan involved a jumbo mortgage, non-traditional tech compensation where equity makes up a significant portion of our income, the simultaneous sale of our California home, and—just to make things even more interesting—a mid-process job change for a once-in-a-lifetime career opportunity. We found our home on a Friday and closed three weeks later on Friday. Max and the crew were very professional and efficient with all of our needs. We are now in our new wonderful world and we can't thank Coastal Haven Lending enough. Definitely recommend this locally owned business.
