Nancy, Raquel, Irene, and the entire team at ASAP Mortgage are hands down the absolute BEST! This was our second time working with them, and they helped us purchase our forever home. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make sure we understood every step of the home-buying process. They answered every question, took the time to walk us through every detail, and were always available whenever we needed them. They kept us informed throughout the entire loan process, providing updates and guidance every step of the way. Their knowledge of the mortgage industry is truly unmatched, and they worked so efficiently to get us cleared to close as quickly as possible. Buying a home can be incredibly stressful, but they made the entire mortgage process feel smooth, manageable, and reassuring. Nancy, Raquel, Irene, and the entire ASAP team are not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but also some of the kindest and most caring people we have had the pleasure of working with. We are beyond grateful to have had the opportunity to work with them again, and we truly could not have asked for a better team to help us purchase our forever home. I cannot recommend ASAP Mortgage enough. From the very beginning to the day I closed on my home, the entire team was professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping me succeed. Costa was exceptional throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain every step, answered every question I had, and stayed in constant communication. When unexpected underwriting issues came up just before closing, he never gave up. He continued working behind the scenes, explored every option, and ultimately was able to get everything situated. His persistence and dedication made all the difference. Raquel was also wonderful to work with. She was organized, responsive, and helped keep everything moving smoothly by making sure documents were received and the process stayed on track. Having someone who communicated clearly and kept everyone coordinated made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier. Buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions a person can make, and I always felt that the team at ASAP Mortgage truly cared about getting me to the closing table. Thanks to their hard work, I officially became a homeowner, and I couldn’t be more grateful. If you’re looking for a mortgage company that treats you like a person instead of just another loan file, I highly recommend ASAP Mortgage—especially Costa and Raquel. Johanna Gavilanes was absolutely outstanding! She is an incredible listener, highly knowledgeable about every aspect of the financial process, and made me feel confident every step of the way. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. I will tell you how satisfied I am with ASAP Mortgage and Chris Cipriano. First off, working with numbers gives me a headache!! Like really though! There were many twists and changes with loan types and numbers. This was because Chris knew what my end goal was and was looking out for my best interest the entire time. Chris and the ASAP team kept me apprised every step of the way. Thanks to Chris, I now have a vacation home I've always dreamed of! I highly recommend ASAP for your home financing needs.
