Honestly if I could give 10 stars I would. Being a first time homebuyer can be a bit nerve racking but Ray Duran and his team Patricia and Vasiliki really made the whole process as stress free as possible. His willingness to go above and beyond for us from start to finish was so appreciated. He was always accessible and just a true pleasure to work with. Ray and his team were able to make this a memorable experience for us and also took the time to explain things in detail every step of the way. I highly recommend Ray Duran of Quontic Bank!!

I had the pleasure of working with Joseph Allen from Quontic. I have great credit but am self employed, wanted to consolidate loans and own a 4-plex, so many lenders had previously rejected me. Frankly I did not expect this to go through either. Joesph asked all the right questions and asked for all needed documents and made it happen. This has made a huge difference in my life- much more than I had expected. Saving $1,000/mo. has let me feel that I am in a whole different income category and is allowing me to use that money towards more ambitious goals. Joseph kept having faith that it would work and accomplished a task that others didn't want to deal with. It was by far the best thing that happened to me all year.

This is my second home I’ve purchased with Joseph & his team & it has been an incredible, easy experience. They are great at keeping you updated, very helpful & super organized in getting you through the application process! I'm sure you've had experiences where a mortgage loan officer assures you they can handle your loan, only to later ask for a larger down payment or change the terms of the agreement. I had a similar experience with the purchase of my new home in New Jersey. I encountered several officers who made promises they couldn't keep. One officer even asked me to waive the financing contingency, then failed to secure the mortgage he had promised. This left me in a precarious situation where I would have had to pay the seller 60,000 dollars in earnest money if I couldn't close the loan. I was left with no backup plan and had to close on the new home in 25 days regardless. Joseph Allen and Lisa Peraza are among the few loan officers I've encountered who truly keep their word. They follow through on their promises and expedited my loan process, enabling us to close on time. They are not only innovative but also realistic, providing upfront information about what will and won't work, so there are no surprises later.
