I've had a few vocations throughout my life. I worked with inner-city kids in Cincinnati for a few years. Later I graduated from seminary and was a pastor for a few years. Finally, in 1991, I settled into a vocation I love, becoming a mortgage broker in 1996. I've been involved with Kiwanis through the years. I bought over 23 properties from 2000-2009, so I also have experience in purchasing homes personally. Reverse mortgages, VA, FHA, Alt-A, & Private money round out my experiences

Since I have been in the mortgage business for over 34 years, I have many repeat customers. I also run FB and IG ads to get the word out to more and more people.
I have access to resources where I can pull a soft credit report and not affect your score negatively at all. I also have access to credit repair/improvement sources as well.
I have access to a resource that will evaluate your credit and provide steps to take to improve your score if necessary to get a better rate or qualify for a loan.
I have recently helped a client buy a home in Wisconsin as they considered retirement while continuing to live in California until they could sell their house and move 6 months later.
