Brian was fantastic to work with throughout the entire mortgage process. He really took the time to get to know me and my situation so that we could come up with the correct strategy. I asked him SO many questions and he was never caught off guard. We closed back at the end of 2025, but he is already following up to make sure I have all my docs to be ready for filing my taxes. Not only that, but he is still touching base in order to make sure our current strategy is the best moving forward. It’s those little things that mean the most I think and it truly shows that he cares about those that he works with.

We had the good fortune of working with Brian Margolit and the team for 2 real estate closings/mortgages. It's clear that he and the folks at Endurance have a passion for mortgage lending and more importantly, people. Our closings were both on time and the process was a pain free as a mortgage can be.
