I worked with Polestar Mortgage to purchase my very FIRST home! I could not have been more satisfied with the process. The process was long and Polestar mortgage stuck with me and helped support me throughout the journey. The communication between my lender (George Zink) and I throughout the process just added to the ease of the process. He was diligent, professional, courteous and most importantly, Understanding. George is the ultimate professional who made it happen. His Customer Service skills are exceptional. Buying a property is stressful, buying during the holidays doubles don on that. However, George took on the stress of that for me. He kept me on time and in line during the entire process. He explained to me why things needed to be done by due dates so that I understood the process and was well informed. George is extremely detail oriented which I appreciate. George is a true professional and is clearly experienced/ knowledgeable about what he does. As an agent, I deal with lenders all of the time and I can confidently say George's proactive and communicative style of doing business is second to none. While typically I am tracking down lenders, following up to make sure things are getting done on time, this is not the case with George. In fact, George was one step ahead the entire escrow process. He even went above and beyond to help my clients after closing.
