Years of experience:
Jake is awesome!! This is our 2nd time using him in 9 years. He got our VA loan done in 2016 and awesome rate, and got our cabin done in 2025, the process was easier than I remembered from before. I recommend Jake to anyone, anytime and I’ll be using him again if we ever buy another home. 10/10
I initially came to Jacob on a referral from our realtor when my original loan officer did a bait and switch on me hoping I wouldn’t catch it (but I did). We were running low on time and Jacob quickly put something together that resolved the concern we had. Unfortunately, the purchase fell through but we found another house a couple months later and this time, Jacob was able to get us into a better product with a lower rate than we were originally going to go with. I appreciate how efficient and thorough Jacob has been. Jacob is reliable and is excellent with setting expectations and providing updates. I have worked with many loan officers over the years (for both purchases and refinances) and can honestly say I have not had a better experience.
Jacob is one of the most knowledgeable and helpful people I've run across in a long time. He takes the time to explain every aspect of the process and does everything in his power to get you a loan that fits your needs. I've used him for a VA loan, a refinance, and a conventional loan and every time he has done an amazing job. I couldn't be happier to continue working with Jacob! I would give him 6 stars if it was possible to do so.
Words don’t do Jacob and his team justice. These guys are absolutely phenomenal!!!! Not only did he bust his bust with super quick results he always kept me informed throughout the process. I’ve never had such great customer service. I’m recommending him to any and everyone who needs financing for a home. I’ll never use another company, I’ve used a couple other prior to Jacob and they are absolute garbage in comparison. The title agency was amazed with what he was able to get my loan for. If I could give KDA more stars I would!!!!!!
Unaware I could rate KDA on Google! Purchased our house in 2021. Not only did the process go as smooth as butter, Jacob was there to answer ever question and assure the process was going well. There are many brokers to choose from, if you're looking for someone that actual cares about the human aspect of buying a home, KDA is who you want to talk to. Very veteran friendly! Highly recommended
