Communication & Care. I believe in making sure that you know exactly what is going on with your loan whether good or bad. If there are issues, we will talk about it and work it out. I am here to help

How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?

I think that it is good to start the conversation early, just in case we have some hurdles to overcome. If there are credit issues, or down payment concerns, I can help. Earlier is better.

Who do you love helping most, and how do you make the home loan process easier for them?

I love working with all of my clients: FirstTime HomeBuyers, Veterans, Seniors, Investors, Self Employed, Second Homes & Credit Challenged. I am here to help you.

How do you support clients looking to improve their credit before applying?

I work with alot of credit challenged clients. Initially, we have a conversation to start the process, then pull credit and review. I will work with you to help you understand credit and what to do.
