Eric was recommended to us by our realtor, a friend I trust. So it is no surprise that Eric was fantastic to work with, and always went above and beyond to help us navigate the intricacies of getting our new loan, while we were dealing with selling our previous home and all of the fun stuff in between. He is super smart and knows his stuff, it is clear in the way he communicates and advises you when it comes to dealing with your mortgage. Not only is he brilliant and professional, he is also super approachable and really easy to talk to. He had us laughing even when looking at numbers made my head spin. I can’t recommend Eric enough!

When we refinanced our house, Eric was great to work with. He and his team made the process as easy as possible, walking us through everything we needed and helped us close in a short time frame. Would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or refinance a home or property.

We were refered to Eric by some friends and they did not let us down. In a crazy competitive market, as first time home buyers and our life savings on the line, Eric really came through. At the peak of interest rates he got really creative. He and our Realtor went to bat for us and we could be happier.
