I had the pleasure of working with Ethan and Kelly for my first home purchase - I feel so blessed that I was put in contact with Brizzi by my real estate agent! My better half and I had been casually browsing real estate listings in the area for a bit, so we weren't entirely prepared - then our dream home popped up, and we knew we had to go for it. The house was hot on the market, and we had to act quickly for a pre-approval. The lenders that I had initially reached out to prior to meeting up with my real estate agent were not acting with the urgency that I needed. My real estate agent reached out to Brizzi on my behalf, and they pre-approved me for a loan in no time! They saved the day without a doubt! I had a very unique financial situation to navigate and a short time span, but Ethan and Kelly kept me updated and reassured me all along the way, and everything turned out better than I ever could have hoped for! I got to work with Kelly a lot for the majority of the duration, and she was fantastic! She was punctual with her replies, guided me through every detail of every step, answered every question, and connected with me on a human level - which is so valuable in our tech-driven age! We have our forever dream home because of Kelly and Ethan, and the whole process was absolutely painless - even for an anxiety ball like me!
