I recently had the pleasure to work with Derek once again on obtaining a large HELOC and I quickly remembered why I only use him on all of my real estate transactions. Derek has structured 3 large real estate deals for me over the past 5 years in both Florida and NYC and I cannot be more pleased. In all cases, I obtained multiple quotes from banks and lenders and in each instance Derek was able to beat every quote by a substantial amount. Derek and his team are incredibly knowledgeable, professional and delivered all deals in record time with little to no challenges. Not only is Derek great at his job, but he also stands out as an exceptional human being, veteran and person with great character and morals.
