Dani is a wealth of knowledge. Regardless if its a first time purchase or someone trying to improve a credit score so they may purchase one day. Dani is there to educate and walk them through what needs to be done and does it from a genuine state of helping others. and if its a deal you need done quickly, there is no one that is better and more accountable.. You are awesome Dani.

We worked with Panacea Mortgage while exploring a home loan for ourselves at Dynamo Dusty’s Tree Service , and I’ve got to say — they were fantastic to work with from start to finish. Even though we didn’t end up moving forward at the time (we hadn’t landed on the right property yet), the experience was smooth, professional, and surprisingly stress-free. Easiest real estate refinance we've ever done, and we've done MANY! Danielle was a pleasure to work with and communicated everything needed. Easy to upload documents to her and always knew where we stood in the loan process and had questions answered very quickly. Can't wait to work with her on our next property, she will now be getting all of our loans in our real estate investment business!
