People working there are very nice. However there are better options available for you. This bank charges you an extra $250. If you take a lian from them. Very expensive and greedy in my opinion. Also if you use their debit card and want to dispute a transaction, it is a real hassle to get them to do that. Also, they tout as being in business for 150 years and are conservative. Being conservative in my opinion means they are difficult to get loans. You want a liberal bank. Also, who really cares how long they have been in business. What does that do for you ? And if you need a SBA loan for your business they do not do that. How does this help our business community? There are better banks for you .

I won’t call any names but was lied to by 2 employees there. Led me on for over a week and told me all I needed was an Appraisel and we could get the deal done. Spent $1,000 to get the Appraisel only to be told no with a 730 credit score and plenty of income. I would not do business here

Went in to open an account, was told it takes $100 to do that. Needed an account so I can sell items online. Not worth it, better off going to smaller one, this one looks like it was for rich people.

I've been getting emails from this bank for months because a customer of theirs has used my email address when setting up their account. I've been contacting the bank for months now, trying to get them to fix it and help out their customer, but they ignore my emails, the email address on their "contact us" page bounces because their mail server is misconfigured and their contact us page refers to a non existent form to fill out. Anyone who wants a bank that cares about security and privacy - Geo D Warthen Bank is not for you. Its lucky I'm a decent person or I could be social engineering this customer to steal their money. Absolutely abysmal behaviour from a bank.
