We were very happy with Michael’s work in helping us refinance. We had to buy our house at a very high rate so we were very eager to refinance, Michael reached out at the right time and from the beginning all the way through closing he was on top of the market and updating us so we could lock a much more favorable rate at the right time. We had tons of questions and he always answered them professionally but also with a friendly personal touch. Highly recommend his services and will continue to refinance with him in the future!

I financed/refinanced my primary mortgage already 5 times with Michael. Each time Michael saved me a lot of money. Michael worked very attentively towards my needs. Michael has all possible paperwork done electronically which saves a lot of time and hassle. The best of Michael is that he is patient with a Refinance. He will wait for the best rate before he locks the loan. If the rates are not good enough yet, he will continue monitoring. I'm looking forward to work with Michael again.

I wish I could give more than 5.stars to Michael. After being declined by a big bank, we almost lost our hopes to get the home of our dreams. Fortunately, we found Michael and from the very first call until after closing he was incredible. He is very efficient, professional, thorough, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. He is extremely capable and supportive throughout the whole process. He has answers to all your questions. He understands your needs and eliminates all your concerns with ease and a personal touch. We can’t thank him enough.

Michael was very helpful and informative thru out the refinance processes. He provided guidance and answered the various questions we had. He was also available after hours and weekends to answer questions that came up. We would definitely recommend Michael and Loanusave to others as well as plan to use him for our future mortgage needs.
