I use credit predictive software to create a plan for improving their credit score and monitor their progress. Once they reach their target, I call to congratulate them and begin the loan process.

What partnerships or recommendations can you offer for real estate or home services?

As one of the few hybrid agents, I hold both a real estate broker's license and a mortgage loan officer license, offering a convenient one-stop shop for my clients. Additionally, I have network.
