I give them a personalized strategy to clean up credit and get the ready to buy, so they can get the lowest monthly payment possible.

What documents do your clients need to start the process?

My clients will need to bring valid Id, w-2s/1099s, most recent paystubs, and bank statements.

How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?

I think it is a great idea! Find out as much as you can about the whole process, so as they go through the process it is more familiar.
