It helps to have two years of W2 statements, recent paystubs, past two months of asset statements(banks, credit unions, brokerage, 401k, IRA)
How do you provide rate quotes for clients who want to protect their credit score?
If you know your credit score and and have really good estimates of income and debts, we can always price a loan to find out where you are comfortable, without pulling credit.
