My husband and I are very fortunate that we were introduced to Loan Factory by our realtor. We have no knowledge about the company. No regrets! All the teams that we’ve worked with are very helpful and responsive especially to Ryan Domingo! He was my go to person whenever I don’t understand or have questions regarding required documents. This is our 2nd mortgage loan process and We are for sure a lot lesser hassle than the first one. Everything went well from the beginning to closing. I would like to thank Luan Nguyen at Loan Factory for helping me to get a mortgage loan at a rate of .625 percent lower than majority of the competitive rates seeing the market at that time. At no point no fee and .625 percent lower, I couldn’t believe it possible. He is very responsive to all form of communications: phone, text, and email. Since my offer was no contingency, he helps to get the loan completed in just in 18 days. He targeted a few days ahead of closing date to minimize any unexpected situation. The best thing I like about shopping for a loan with Luan is I don’t have to ask him to match my current rate to get a better rate. From his home page, I’m able to see his current offering rate that is 0.5 percent or more lower than all competitive rates. I would recommend Luan to all friends and family members who need to get a mortgage loan.
