What should clients expect when working with you from start to finish?

You can expect a lot of communication from start to finish! I will let you (realtor, client, etc.) know in what phase we are during the loan process and what's needed in order to continue or finish!

How do you work with clients buying out of state?

For clients looking to apply for a home in CA out of state, they will be treated exactly the same as local CA clients. Constant communication from start to finish and a positive experience!

What documents do your clients need to start the process?

Full doc loan application (all applicants): ID and social security card (front/back), 2 most recent pay stubs, 2 most recent bank statements, 2 most recent years of taxes, & recent mortgage statement

How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?

Clients should feel free to start a conversation before the loan process. Ask many questions and explain what it is you want from the purchase of your future home! No pressure!!

What partnerships or recommendations can you offer for real estate or home services?
