What documents do your clients need to start the process?

To begin the process, I will need 30 day recent check stubs, 2024 and 2025 w-2s, 1099s if self-employed, tax returns, 2 months of bank statements, and drivers License.

I think it's a great thing to reach out before you are ready to purchase this will allow you to prepare before you begin the process.

Who do you love helping most, and how do you make the home loan process easier for them?

I love helping everyone, I try to make the process easy by keeping a line of communication. Communication plays a huge role in the lending process.

I have a credit score upgrade team that can help my clients who only need a few points, I also have a team of credit repair specialist for client who needs credit repaired completely.
