From the gate, Brett communicated promptly and clearly. We never felt like we were left hanging. When we were in the home buying process, all information was communicated up front. Brett made us feel secure and that he was on our team through out the whole home buying process. We had no problems getting ahold of him or hearing back from him right away, which made everything go smooth. Brett went above and beyond to help us make our home buying dreams come true. he was able to get us to closing in 20 days. He works super hard and it is very obvious he works for his customers. We will be working with him for our refi also.

When we were looking to refinance for the first time we had a lot of questions and several individuals we reached out to didn’t really have the space or time to give us the thorough information we were looking for. Brett, however, went above and beyond to answer our questions and bring to light some options and things we hadn’t considered.
