My wife and I shared a dream of watching the sun rise over the ocean from our front porch in Florida. Finding the perfect house was a challenge, and after speaking with local lenders here in Ft. Lauderdale and an online lender, we started to think our dream wasn't going to come true. We needed a jumbo loan and had quite a unique blend of income sources. Thank god we found Leverage!! I sent a quick message on a Monday asking for their thoughts on our situation. On Tuesday, Angelo setup a zoom, gathered our details, listened to the nuances of our situation, then told us he just needed to "paint the right picture" and he was confident he could get us approved. Well, he was right! from the time we signed the contract until we got the clear to close it was less than 3 weeks with ZERO stipulations. Angelo and Amber kept us in the loop, short texts, emails, and even personalized videos. I uploaded the documents they asked for to their portal, and the rest seemed like it was on autopilot. They made securing our loan literally easier than buying a car! From the day I first spoke with Angelo and submitted application, til the day he called to go over the closing numbers, I couldn't be more satisfied with the entire experience.

We had a great experience working with Angelo throughout the purchase of our property in North Carolina! Since we live in Washington, buying a property across the country came with a lot of moving pieces, but Angelo was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He was always responsive, kept us updated, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood what was happening every step of the way. We really appreciated how easy he was to communicate with and how much effort he and his team put into helping everything come together. We’re so grateful for all of their help! Me and my husband just bought our first home using Angelo and his team. From beginning to end Angelo, Abby, and Amber were so incredibly helpful answering any questions we had and beyond! Being new to this process we had so many questions and Angelo would personally call us and talk with us about things in the process of home buying that didn’t even relate to the lending process. Once you become part of the family Angelo sends very insightful information regarding the housing market and home buying that is just good information to have. They are still reaching out to check on us even after purchasing our home! They locked us in at a great rate and made the process so seamless for us! We could not be more thankful for this amazing team. I would HIGHLY recommend using them to purchase a home!

Angelo and the team at Leverage Lending Group were excellent to work with throughout our home search and lending process. Angelo was extremely communicative, responsive, and proactive from the very beginning. He consistently checked in on our housing search, answered questions quickly, and was always willing to provide payment estimates and updated scenarios as we evaluated prospective homes. I really appreciated his professionalism, transparency, and willingness to help us understand different loan options, pricing, and monthly payment impacts. His rates and overall pricing were very competitive, and he made the process feel straightforward and approachable during what can otherwise be a stressful decision. While we ultimately decided to move forward with our realtor’s preferred lender for this purchase, that decision was not a reflection of Angelo or Leverage Lending Group’s service. We had a very positive experience and would absolutely consider working with Angelo and his team again in the future, including for refinancing or other lending needs.
