Sierra Capital Mortgage worked with us on the financing for the purchase of two of our homes. In both cases, and especially the second Linda Wilcox worked tirelessly to get our loan funded on-time, and at terms fair to us. During the process of the second purchase in late 2024 and early 2025, the destructive Southern California wildfires struck the neighborhood where Linda owns her own home, but that did not stop her from taking care of us while we worked through our financing options. On numerous occasions I received calls from her while she worked remote or at her home after the wave of fires swept through to keep us on track. It is because Linda continued to work for us, even though her own home was under threat, that we recommend using her for your home loan needs. If we purchase again in California, we will use Sierra Capital Mortgage.

My fiancée and I had the pleasure of working with Linda and she was phenomenal from start to finish! There were hiccups along the way with the mortgage process but Linda was always on top of it and provided instructions on what to do to alleviate any anxiousness I felt as a first time homebuyer. I would recommend both Linda and Roland to any first time homebuyers!

Roland was recommended to me and my husband by one of our most well-researched, financially aware and trustworthy friends.
