I worked with Ivan Gonzalez.. He is really the best! I reached out via Realtor.com, just on the chance I maybe able to qualify. I was very determined on a certain loan type, but Ivan steered me in the right direction. This was a seamless process. I am a 1st time home buyer, out of state move. Ivan was patient, kind, and VERY RESPONSIVE of any questions and any kind he always gave me quick answers. People always say how stressful buying a home is, but honestly, I didn't experience any stress. I am so happy he is my lender now and going forward.
