Eric and his business partner Marisa, went way above and beyond on this purchase. Our clients were self-employed, owned multiple businesses, and had two businesses that had recently transferred ownership, so the income was anything but straightforward. Eric worked directly with underwriting to clearly document everything and maximize the income they could use to qualify. The work he did ended up reducing the down payment requirement by hundreds of thousands of dollars. On top of that, the home was a remodeled flip and the appraisal needed additional support. Eric helped gather and provide the bank with the rehab and construction invoices needed to support the appraised value, which saved our clients another substantial amount of cash at closing. This was a complicated loan with a lot of moving parts, and Eric kept finding solutions until we got it closed. Our clients ended up in their beautiful San Diego pool dream home with far less money out of pocket because of the work he put in. I absolutely recommend Eric & Marisa to any Realtor or buyer who wants a lender who knows how to solve difficult loans and will fight to get the best possible result for the client.

United Lending Partners has done amazing work for my client's when purchasing properties. Their team’s direct communication with the selling agents have "won" us the deals, as this market is so competitive. I am also very impressed with our ULP mortgage consultants ability to get loans closed quickly with great precision, as I have worked with other lenders that tend to drop the ball during transactions. Highly Recommend Anthony! Getting my first loan seemed pretty challenging, but Anthony came through for me. Wow! What a relief. I am self-employed and couldnt get a traditional loan. Anthony worked around the clock and everyday to help get me finance for my new condo. He also had to go through several hurdles with the HOA, which was not easy. His communications were timely, informative, and effective. I was in a very stressful living situation/time of my life, and now, I am not. Thank you Anthony.
