My tenure has included hands on experience in: Mortgage Broker, Executive Management, Six Sigma, Default Mortgage Operations, Litigation, Project Management, Business Continuity Planning, Workflow Operations, Auditing and Procedures. I quickly moved into Executive Management overseeing multiple departments. .

I run a credit report and will usually ask you for; W2 (last 2 years), Paystubs, Bank statements. If you're self-employed, I’ll need business tax returns. If you own a home, a mortgage statement
I review their credit, identify improvement areas, and give clear steps—like paying down balances or correcting errors—while guiding them until they’re loan-ready.
