My name is Devi Nelson and I'm the owner of Hansen Loans Inc. I'm the only person you'll be dealing with throughout the loan process. I'm available 24/7 including weekends and evenings as I want to ensure your questions or concerns can be addressed immediatly. My staff of processors and assistant loan officers are working along with me to ensure your loan is handled professionally and promptly. Of course i'm supervising them every step of the way.

First thing is, I'm always available, 7 days a week. Need to know payments on a given loan amount or need a prequal for a house you found on a Sunday? I'm available, just call and never hesitate.
Not all but most of the loans I provide I'm able to do so with ZERO costs to the borrower. It really depends on the type of loan but the typical 30 year fixed fannie mae loan is usually no cost/fees.
I'm able to do what's called a "soft pull" so we can find your credit score without actually "pulling" your credit report.
Let's talk about the process and rates. Better to be informed about qualifying and know how much you can buy before shopping. I don't go to the mall without knowing how much I can spend :) .
