WE DID IT!!! We found our home! I can honestly say ,without a doubt, we would not have been able to purchase our home without the help of Victor. Being a first time home owner, surrounding yourself with a great team is important. He found us competitive rates, was vigilant, forthcoming, and broke down everything in detail. He was always available to take our call and assist us ,even with the smallest of questions. He was professional and made us feel like family. Looked out for every contingency during our process. My husband and originally went in for a consultation many years ago. Victor did a fantastic job at providing details as to our finance possibilities and realities. Victor made me realize how little real estate agents do and how much people like him do for those going through the home buying process. He’s detail oriented, communicative, and extremely patient. There is no such thing as a dumb question and I really appreciate everything victor did for myself and my family as first time home buyers. I love our home and I know we’re going to be set up well to afford our loan on a monthly basis thanks to victors help.

First time buying a home and I have to say, it was a breeze! My wife and I were naturally nervous and hesitant at first but looking back, i wouldn't be stating my experience as a breeze if I didn't have Victor Sanchez guiding me through the mortgage process. Wow! Although this being my first time, I truly felt Victor went above and beyond to provide us with different budgets, loan programs, and options to ensure we can maximize our loan and afford our monthly payments. I appreciated his patience and easy going nature and loved that he always had an open line of communication to answer any questions or concerns we had. Most importantly, we never felt pressured and he always took his time to inform us of everything we could face - rates, points, insurance, paperwork, etc. I have had friends tell me their bad experiences in dealing with mortgage lenders/brokers who made them feel incompetent or dumb and I have to say, I was lucky and bless to have Victor because at no point did he ever make us feel that way. On the contrary, he gave us a lot of info and instilled confidence to tackle the process. In all, if you're looking for a mortgage broker whose patient, knowledgeable, caring, and who will set you up for success by providing you real numbers that can be budgeted.
