My family and I needed to move out of a rental house so we decided to see if we could qualify to buy a home. We were nervous, anxiety and had no clue how we could do this! So we went shopping and found a home that we dreamed of, so we agreed we will try to get it! My cousin referred me to Craig at CB Loans and wow he took us every step of the way and had more patience, knowledge and family style caring for us. Craig and his team worked diligently to get us on the right path and get us the right loan for our dream house . Craig got us financially stable, cleared all debt and the right loan for us approved. Now almost one year later as with all the advice he given us, we are stable as ever, comfortably in our home and owe it all to CB Loan.
