I have been working with Jack Terrell and his team since I bought my house in 2000. He has always gone above and beyond to help me make the best financial decisions around my home. He helped me to stay in my home at a time when I'd quit a long term career in one field to move into a less lucrative field. He helped me stay in my home through a divorce. He always let me know when it was a good time to refinance and walked me through the process with so much patience and kindness. When complications arose with a terrible property management company in a recent refinance, Jack and Angela dealt with that company directly, saving me a lot of time and aggravation, and got what we needed.
