Chuck is an absolutely amazing loan officer!! He is very knowledgeable and kind. He took hours upon hours of his time explaining the ins and outs of the loan process to us, making sure we felt confident and taken care of! He explained, in great detail, all of the amounts and what they were for, and he worked diligently to get us the best deals! He also made sure he was available to answer all questions. By the end of the process, he felt like an old friend. We strongly recommend using him for your home loan needs!

As a first-time homebuyer, I knew absolutely nothing about the mortgage process and honestly felt overwhelmed at the beginning. Thankfully, our amazing realtor, David Heisler, connected us with Chuck, and I couldn’t have asked for a better lender. He took all the fear of the unknown in this away and made me feel comfortable asking any questions. Chuck took the time to explain every step of the process in detail and made sure I understood exactly what was happening. My parents live in Florida and wanted to be involved, and Chuck was incredibly patient and accommodating, taking the time to speak with all of us whenever we had questions. Chuck is an awesome lender and good true person to work with. Go with Custom they got me thru the unthinkable process and made it easy. Don't go anywhere else for best results and very patient with clients. Even on vacation he still followed up with me to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. No one does that and puts clients first but Chuck does.

From the start, Chuck and their team were ready to help us during the process. Giving us as much information as possible and addressing questions no matter the time. We had a prior experience with somebody else which they did not explain anything the moment I talked with Chuck within 5-10 minutes he explained more than the first lender did the entire time we were talking. Once we sat down with Craig and was able to go over the credit all of the mortgage lending the options the loans, he explained everything including the real estate process to us which made us confident and choosing the home that we chose. The experience we had with custom lending was A++ and we couldn't be happier with Chuck and Craig and all the work they put in to make this a easy process for us to buy our first home.
