Clients come to West End Mortgage Group via Real Estate Agent referrals, past client referrals, YELP reviews, Instragram/Facebook Marketing and our own in-place outside sales and marketing system .
Clients will work exclusively with myself from the very first introductory conversation, through the pre-approval process, loan file submission and underwriting process and closing stage.
Typically, we need a borrower's last two pay stubs, two years' most recent W2s and last two months' bank statements. Two years' of tax returns could be required for self-employed borrowers.
I absolutely encourage this, as it is good to have a solid baseline knowledge of where the client stands before embarking on purchasing a home!
Loan process is the exact same! Consultation with the clients over the phone and safe and secure transmission of client documents to us via Dropbox (or something similar) is all we need!
