While all those are interesting, for the mortgage industry, I really do enjoy finding a solution for each individuals home loans needs. With more than 30 years in the business, I am involved with outstanding network of professional resources. This allows each customer to receive a solid strategy for home financing based on up to date and accurate industry information.

Most all home financing is going to require a review of income, assets, and credit. It is important to have ready recent paystubs, recent year tax info, and asset statements.
For a quote without a credit inquiry, we can accurately quote with 'soft' credit pull that does not affect the credit score. Or provide a guesstimate based on the persons knowledge of their credit.
We start with a conversation regarding their credit and understanding of what is on their credit. Then we can use a credit simulator to provide guidance on maximizing potential credit improvement.
