It is my pleasure to highly recommend Michael Rand and Debra Sailors. They worked closely with me and my husband to secure a refinance on our home. I cannot imagine having to go through that complex process without their support and guidance. They made it possible to get the lowest rate with the fewest costs in the quickest time - all of which resulted in first communication with them to funding in less than 7 weeks, before the end of 2025! Practically impossible in this day and age.

Highly Recommend. I reached out to Michael Rand & Associates for a home equity loan, and they helped me through the process. Michael Rand and his team are in a "Category of One" !! They exceed expectations, overdeliver to their clients and "walk the walk". I've known Michael for over 14 years and worked with him on home purchases and refinances over that time. As a busy professional, Michael and Debra "carry the ball for you" in facilitating and completing a very detailed paperwork filled process. I cannot recommend Michael and his Team enough. I’ve bought and sold several properties in my life time and I’ve never had a better experience. Michael Rand and his staff handled my mortgage as if I were family. I never had to worry that a detail was missed that could have delayed buying my new home. They were efficient and extremely detailed oriented. But most of all they cared about me as a person and I am most grateful!

Michael Rand and Associates have always been sooo good to our family! This is the fourth time we have used them over the last 9 years and the service has been just as good as the first time. From Debra to Michael they kept us well informed and were so helpful through every step of the tedious process. Every time I called or emailed with what I assumed were redundant or silly questions they replied quickly and patiently!
