I had a great experience working with Conrad. He was incredibly easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through all of my options and answer all of my questions. He has some amazing loan products and financing options available that I honestly had never heard of before. Conrad was professional, responsive, patient, and genuinely took the time to understand my situation and what would work best for me. Colorado Residential Mortgage, was absolutely wonderful. As a widow and purchasing a home on my own for the very first time, Conrad was patient and kind and very supportive. He walked me through the entire process and was very helpful in helping me obtain whatever documentation I needed. He was also very giving of his time and proved a very valuable ear when I had questions. I highly recommend this company as they were everything I hoped for and more.

I cannot say enough great things about Conrad. From the very beginning, he was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly. What really stood out to me was that he went far beyond what I would ever expect. He has continued to help me navigate issues that were not even related to his specific duties. He is always willing to answer questions, offer guidance, and help point me in the right direction. Having Conrad in my corner made such a difference. I always felt like he truly cared about helping me, rather than simply completing a transaction. I would absolutely give him 5 stars and highly recommend him. Conrad Carpenter, and his staff did an awesome job helping me get a mortgage. He was an excellent communicator, explaining everything clearly and concisely. He returned phone calls promptly and made himself available to provide support and guidance. I had a short time line and he met the deadlines with a calm attitude and a good sense of humor. In short he was a complete professional and a pleasure to work with. Honestly the man can work miracles. I recommend him highly.

Conrad helped us through the process of purchasing a home here in Colorado as well as selling our home in the Midwest.
