I first like to go over all of my clients details over the phone to get the pertinent questions I need answered to assist with a preapproval for a purchase or details needed for a refinance.
I have clients check Credit Karma or look up your Experian credit score so I have a general idea of where the credit score is for qualifying and I can provide an estimate with that info.
I do all of my loans at the lowest margin I can do them at to get all of my clients the very best pricing. On refinances I try to find a low rate with enough Lender Credit towards your closing costs.
I love helping every client I work with & I make it easier for my clients in that I handle all of the processing for the file so I know where the loan is at from start to finish for great transparency
