I am a 20 year Air Force vet with a background in logistics and planning. I try to be as thorough as possible to not only get the loan closed but give an extensive look into why we need what we need so my clients are as informed as possible on this transaction as well and a good base when they move into the next home. I am based on customer service and am always available to work around everyones busy schedule with work, life, kids etc. I get the 9-5 is not always compatible to get thing done

How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?

I encourage my clients to know as much of the process and gain as much knowledge as they can to get the best pricing and work their DTI prior to buying the home they want.

Who do you love helping most, and how do you make the home loan process easier for them?

I really love first time homebuyers and VA clients. Between teaching the process and helping them get into homes they didn't think possible and being a Veteran I take them personal.

How do you work with clients buying out of state?

Having a good relationship with multiple realtors that specialize in different homes and areas to refer. I also work strange and late hours that is helpful when it comes to different time zones.

What should clients expect when working with you from start to finish?

A full customer service experience. I am always available, nights or weekends and spend a lot of time talking to my clients about what we need but also why. I want you to know everything involved.
