Big thanks to Prakash Jee for helping with our refinance. He handled everything for our Lakeville house so quickly; we actually closed in just five working days. What I appreciated most was how he sat down and explained the mortgage documents to us line by line. There was nothing hidden and no surprises at the end. He secured a lower rate, an appraisal waiver (which is hard to get on a refinance), and even provided a free credit report to get us started. He helps me in saving good amount of closing cost. If you are in Dakota County, don't look anywhere else. Prakash is reliable, hardworking, and provides 10/10 service.
