Buyers beware!!! Based on my family’s experience, I would strongly warn anyone considering doing business with Barclay Butler Fraud Financial to think twice and do serious research online before moving forward. This company was unethical, dishonest, and completely unprofessional throughout the loan process. A quick online search will reveal information that should concern any potential customer, including reported regulatory issues and fines related to not employing properly licensed staff. The way my family was treated was unacceptable, and I am still shocked by the lack of honesty, professionalism, and basic respect we experienced. I would never recommend Barclay Butler Fraud Financial to anyone. Any company taking people’s hard-earned money while failing to meet basic licensing and professional standards should be ashamed!

Barclay Butler is a trustworthy Finacial Guru who is dedicated with a motivated and friendly staff that truly wants to help you purchase or refinance your home. My situation was difficult and indifferent. Barclay Butler, with his Loan officer, Ashtar Nissan, found solutions to every problem that arose and because of Barclay Butler Finacial and their efforts to go above and beyond to get me approved, I was able to finally qualify for my VA Home Loan and buy our home. He also got me the lowest possible interest rate. He taught me how to improve my credit and an entire unfamiliar process became familiar. It was a beautiful experience! I highly recommend!

Barclay & his staff are awesome and are very good at what they do. We just moved into our new home which closed in 3 weeks and is my 3rd home purchased thru Barclay Butler with VA financing. If you want an honest broker that can get you financed with the lowest rate possible you will be very happy with Barclay and his crew.

PLEASE READ IF YOU WANT OR NEED A MORTGAGE!! EVEN WITH A 500-620 CREDIT SCORE! I am a Veteran and had a 520 credit score when I reached out to Barclay Butler Finacial. I called 3 other mortgage companies one being another broker. ALL THREE shot me down and said “You need a 620 credit score” and also was told “I could only get you up to a $175k-200k loan. They Did not try to help us past a credit check. Barclay HIMSELF called and I made him aware of our situation. I was due to have a second child within 60 days and our family was living with our daughter (13 months old at the time.) and our three dogs in a single wide trailer. My VA just went through this same week and he sprung into action and did not waste a single second. There were a few things we had to go through like establishing 3 lines of other credit to prove I can make payments on time to the credit bureaus (which also helped my credit score.) I had a storage payment, an internet payment and an Apple Music payment that we used. He also went through the troubles of writing out letters of explanations of why I had late payments on my two credit cards (in my case they were both medical/emergency situations) but one was even 120 past due and he was STILL able to make a mortgage happen for us and CLOSE! And he did it all within the 60 day timeframe I needed!! 6 days after our son was born we CLOSED on our 300k+ house! We would have closed sooner on Barclays end but on the sellers end there needed to be repairs done mandatory by the VA to close. If it was not for the repairs Barclay would have CLOSED the home two weeks sooner! His assistant Ashtar N, is a beautiful soul and was very kind and patient and helpful! I couldn’t have imagined a better partnership to guide us through this process and I truly believe if it was not for them we would not have been able to have a new home for our new baby and our family for at least 6 more months to a year! God bless these people they are LIFESAVERS! Thanks again Barclay Butler Financial! Our family is forever grateful!

Can we give more than 5 stars? Barclay, Victoria and staff are beyond fantastic to work with. There were some hiccups that delayed closing by 2-3 weeks...extremely stressful, yes, but none of them were BBFI fault, and Barclay was most helpful in navigating through them to get them resolved as quickly as possible. And having a Notary come to our home was convenient, and seamless. Not only was this a great experience, we feel we have made a new friend in Barclay Butler!
