I am highly motivated by our First time homebuyers. I love educating and guiding my buyers throughout the entire process, all while trying to get them the lowest money down and the best interest rate.

How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?

I believe it is so important to start the conversation of getting Prequalified before you go shopping for a home. This allows you and your Realtor to shop in the right price range.

How do you provide rate quotes for clients who want to protect their credit score?

A soft inquiry on your credit to is a good way to see what rate and amount of home you may qualify for without affecting your credit score.

What documents do your clients need to start the process?

We usually need: Copies of Drivers License or ID, Last 2 paystubs, Last 2 years W2's or Tax Returns if self employed for all borrowers.

What partnerships or recommendations can you offer for real estate or home services?

I have partnerships with Real Estate agents in California and Texas for people looking to purchase homes.
