My goal is to help all my clients build a financial nest by using home ownership as a tool to be in a better position. My wealth of experience in the financial industry for over two decades and ability to problem solve for my clients is one of the reasons I have continued on this path. I love sports and look forward to seasons of every event as they get closer. My wife and I love travelling and we volunteer in our community.

Who do you love helping most, and how do you make the home loan process easier for them?

People buying a home for the first time. This is the biggest investment for anyone and it's usually nerve racking. Goal is to make them comfortable and figure it out together, get them the best loan.

Where and how do you typically connect with clients?

Most of my clients are referrals from past clients I helped put in the best financial position.

What should clients expect when working with you from start to finish?

Communication is key. I set the right expectations for all my clients and I follow through.

How do you support clients looking to improve their credit before applying?

We have a program through Rocket Mortgage that does not cost the client any fee to counsel and recommend steps that will help increase their credit scores.

What documents do your clients need to start the process?

Typically, 2 most recent w2 or 1099 for contract employee, 3 most recent paystubs, 2 most recent bank statements
